Returns policy

The goal of www.drosinou.gr is to ensure your absolute satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right to return part or all of the products you purchased within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt by informing by e-mail at info@kdr.gr.

If the corresponding product you want is not available (eg larger size), the amount of your specific purchase is blocked in your account to use for another purchase or it will be credited to your account or returned to a bank account that will tell us indicate

Please note that returned products must not be used, worn, washed, altered or damaged and the labels accompanying the product must be present, just as they were when you received it along with the retail receipt or invoice.

Please note that the return of the unwanted product is done in the way you received it, with a charge from drosinou.gr. The new product is shipped at the customer’s expense.

In case you receive a defective or damaged product www.drosinou.gr will make every effort to replace it with the same or similar product at no extra cost to you. However, you must inform us by e-mail at info@drosinou.gr.
